Anji Faugoo-Boolell is a Senior State Counsel at the Attorney General’s Office of Mauritius. She specialises in tax litigation and advisory, with additional expertise in civil, public, commercial, and environmental law. In this capacity, she regularly appears before the Supreme Court and various specialised tribunals, and provides strategic legal counsel to government institutions, including the Mauritius Revenue Authority, on complex and high-stakes matters. She holds an LLM in International Tax Law from King’s College.
Anji has also represented Mauritius at international forums, including COP28, reflecting her engagement with cross-border legal and policy issues.
